Challenge
The business needed more than a new website. Its public presence, sales address, incoming calls and customer follow-up had to work as parts of the same company. The team also needed control over website photographs and a clear foundation for adding commercial and financial workflows as the operation grew.
Inside the customer operation
The customer sees the company's website, writes to its sales address or calls its business number. Behind those entry points sits one company workspace, with shared team access and a place to continue the relationship. The website and the systems running the business are designed together.
How the work moves
Establish the company and its digital presence
The organization holds its own membership and enabled applications. The domain, website hostname, HTTPS and managed hosting form the public front door. DNS management preserves the records needed by the existing services as the company adds new ones.
Put website publishing in the team's hands
Approved imagery belongs to the website's content library. The team selects photographs, captions and gallery order, saves a draft and explicitly publishes it. The public site reads the published version, keeping working changes separate from the visitor experience.
Connect sales email to the conversation
The company-domain mailbox carries the business identity. Company membership and the selected mailbox policy determine access; the same sales mailbox connects to Bow Chat. Incoming email and replies stay on one customer thread, joining the email identity to the shared conversation workspace.
Give incoming calls a clear destination
The business number and its menu choices route enquiries to the selected people. Number configuration and team destinations belong to the company, alongside the communications workspace, rather than depend on a personal number as the business identity.
Carry the relationship into business work
CRM provides contacts, opportunities, activity and follow-up within the same organization model. The wider Boni platform adds WhatsApp conversations, quotations, invoices, payment evidence and owned tasks around that relationship. Communications access and financial posting have distinct responsibilities as the company connects the next part of its operation.
The customer operation
What to measure in your operation
- Enquiries that reach the responsible sales team across website, email and calls.
- Time from enquiry to an owned customer follow-up.
- Website content publication and the continuity of customer context at team handover.
