How it works
From the first item to the next customer.

Build the sale
Scan a barcode or tap an item. Choose a variant or combo option when needed, and leave customer details optional.
- 03
Keep customers moving
Retain several carts, hold a sale and switch back without re-entering its items. Use shortcuts on a keyboard or direct touch controls.
- 04

Match the payment setup
Provider confirmation, refunds and terminal operation depend on the selected payment integration. An externally recorded reference is identified as such.
Choose the right fiscal setup
Configure the company's legal entity, invoice series and applicable tax components. Country-specific invoice and payment requirements determine the supported setup.

Common questions
Can I use Boni POS for a service business?
Yes. Sell services alongside products, with service durations and optional customer details. A service does not require a stock quantity.
Can I keep more than one customer sale open?
Yes. Switch between retained carts, hold a sale and continue with another customer. Keyboard shortcuts support laptop counters; touch controls support tablets and phones.
How do combos, variants and batches work?
A variant is a separately priced SKU with its own barcode and stock. A combo can have fixed contents or customer choices. For tracked items, the register uses its configured batch order, with an option to choose a specific assigned batch.
What happens when the connection drops?
An enrolled, unlocked register keeps its prepared catalog and permitted selling work on the device, then synchronizes with the cloud. Initial setup and renewal need a connection. Keep the browser's site data and use the same device to recover saved work.
Which payments and devices can I use?
Configure cash and externally recorded card or UPI payments, including split payments. Recording a payment reference is separate from confirmation by a payment provider. Keyboard-style barcode scanners and browser receipt printing use their supported browser paths; confirm your terminal, printer and provider requirements during setup.
