One workspace for the experience
Boni Event Management helps organizers set up and publish an experience, manage its registrations and admission, and plan the suppliers behind it. Family outings, farm visits, lunches, workshops and alumni gatherings can use the same workflow.
Each event has a stable public link in the format https://bino.bot/e/<publicSlug>. Several dated occurrences and ticket types can share one event page. Organizers manage registrations, guest approvals, tickets and QR check-in in Boni Console. Separate organizations keep their teams and records apart, while a person can switch between the organizations they administer.
Registration that fits the experience
Organizers can edit packages, sales dates and event-specific questions in the event editor. Short text, phone, choices and explicit declarations use the same configuration through the UI and organization-scoped APIs. Answers stay private in the organizer’s order details. Optional future updates are separate from essential booking communication.
An occurrence can show confirmed dates while its departure time is still being finalized. Ticket sales windows support changing offers without a second pricing system. For online-only paid events, the full selected amount is due at checkout and confirmation follows successful payment. The publishing guide and booking guide explain the workflow.
Suppliers without a special template
The event's Vendors & costs screen accepts suppliers with any role, deliverables, planned amounts, delivery status and notes. Breakfast, produce, transport and facilitation use the same controls.
Supplier invoices, reviewed taxes, payable balances and imported bank payment matches live in Boni Accounting. Event plans can link those records for the same organization. A received delivery or a planned cost does not automatically create a journal or pay a supplier.
Clear financial setup
Organizers review the actual seller, legal identity, GST treatment and settlement policy before opening paid bookings where that review is required. Accounting needs the organization's legal entity setup. A missing GST registration does not automatically make every admission, food item, good or platform fee tax-free.
The UI and organization-scoped APIs use the same event and financial records. This update extends the existing ticketing platform.
Start in Boni Console, read the Event Management guide, or explore the event product. The supplier accounting guide explains the financial workflow.
