What the product connects

One operating record across the workflow

Before the event

Publish the event, ticket types, capacity, prices, buyer fields, and booking rules.

After booking

Confirm payment when required, issue signed QR tickets, and send each attendee a clear confirmation.

At the gate

Give authorised staff a scan workflow with one-time entry claims and visible duplicate rejection.

How it works

One ledger from the public event page to the gate.

Capacity, orders, payments, tickets, communication, and entry state remain connected instead of being reconciled from separate tools after the event.

  1. 01

    Configure the event

Set the organizer, schedule, venue, ticket types, price, capacity, required attendee details, and registration limits.

  2. 02

    Publish a booking page

Give attendees a mobile-friendly Bino page for event details, availability, and registration.

  3. 03

    Confirm free or paid bookings

Issue free tickets immediately or wait for hosted payment confirmation before releasing paid inventory.

  4. 04

    Deliver the ticket

Send a confirmation email with the attendee's ticket and a secure page for viewing the QR credential.

  5. 05

    Validate entry

Authorised gate staff scan the signed QR, record the claim once, and see a clear result for duplicate or invalid attempts.

  6. 06

    Close the event

Review bookings, issued tickets, attendance, payment and settlement evidence, cancellations, and operating exceptions.

Product scope

What the product covers.

Public event pages with event details, schedules, ticket availability, and organizer-defined fields.

Multiple free or paid ticket types with capacity and per-registration limits.

Hosted checkout for paid tickets without putting payment credentials in the ticketing service.

Ticket issue only after the order reaches the correct confirmed state.

Transactional confirmation email with a secure ticket page and QR credential.

Signed QR validation with atomic one-time claims and duplicate-scan rejection.

Operator views for event setup, bookings, tickets, cancellations, and gate activity.

Payment, organizer settlement, platform-fee, tax, and accounting evidence kept as distinct records.

Event-specific configuration without a separate codebase for every organizer.

Start with a defined operating scope.

Each rollout names the workflow, participants, source records, owner, success measures, and the parts that remain in existing systems.

Ticketing is not only a payment link

The product owns capacity, booking, ticket issue, confirmation, and entry state. Payment is one controlled step inside that workflow.

A QR image is not proof by itself

Gate staff validate the signed ticket through the operator workflow. The system records the first successful claim and rejects reuse.

Organizer money stays separate

Ticket face value, payment fees, taxes, Boni fees, refunds, and organizer settlement are reconciled separately rather than treated as the same revenue.

Event configuration is bounded

Custom fields and rules can change by event, but identity, ticket state, payment confirmation, and gate controls remain on the shared platform.

Questions

Common questions

Can an event offer both free and paid tickets?

Yes. An organizer can define ticket types, prices, capacity, buyer fields, and per-registration limits. Free tickets can be confirmed immediately, while paid tickets are issued after payment confirmation.

How does event check-in work?

Each issued ticket has a signed QR credential. Authorised gate staff scan or paste the ticket token in the operator workspace, which claims the ticket once and clearly rejects duplicate scans.

Where do attendees book?

Published events use a mobile-friendly Bino booking page. Organizers operate inventory, bookings, payments, ticket state, and gate validation from the Boni workspace.

Can this support event-specific workflows?

Yes. A controlled implementation can add required registration fields, ticket classes, capacity rules, email content, payment handling, gate roles, and post-event exports without creating a separate ticketing system for each event.
