Boni Trade OS

Controlled pilot

Run the brand-to-distributor-to-retailer chain from one operating record.

Boni Trade OS connects brands, distributors, field teams, retailers, inventory, orders, schemes, claims, delivery, and accounting evidence in one operating chain.

For: Brands, distributors, wholesalers, field sales teams, retailers, HORECA suppliers, and business buyers.

What the product connects

One operating record across the workflow

Brand

Products, variants, channel offers, schemes, distributor coverage, and network-level exceptions.

Distributor

Receipts, stock, retailer orders, dispatch, delivery, collections evidence, claims, and daily work.

Retailer or buyer

Own pricing, repeat baskets, substitutions, delivery status, invoices, returns, and issues.

How it works

Start from the trade process that already exists.

The first useful rollout is a bounded operating chain, not a multi-year replacement project.

  1. 01

    Map the channel

Define the brand, distributors, locations, retailers, field roles, and commercial relationships that belong in the pilot.

  2. 02

    Load products and opening stock

Bring products, variants, packs, channel offers, and current stock from controlled files or approved system exports.

  3. 03

    Run primary receipts

Record the brand-to-distributor order and confirm goods received so the distributor stock position changes once.

  4. 04

    Run secondary orders

Capture retailer or business-buyer demand, apply the right offer, reserve stock, and preserve the responsible seller.

  5. 05

    Track fulfilment and trade work

Move accepted orders through allocation, dispatch, delivery, returns, schemes, claims, and collection follow-up.

  6. 06

    Reconcile the outcome

Send financial evidence to the accounting layer and review fill rate, stock risk, overdue work, claims, and repeat demand.

Product scope

What the product covers.

Product families, variants, packs, channel offers, and price provenance.

Brand, distributor, location, retailer, HORECA, and field-team operating roles.

Primary receipts and one-tap goods-received updates to distributor stock.

Secondary retailer orders with inventory allocation and guarded lifecycle states.

Distributor and location stock views with freshness and exception cues.

Trade schemes and claims with sponsor, target, evidence, and status.

Controlled catalog and stock imports with preview, validation, and replay protection.

Accounting-ready delivery, claim, payment, and reconciliation references.

Optional Bino demand, buyer, and distribution entry points over stable product contracts.

Start with a defined operating scope.

Each rollout names the workflow, participants, source records, owner, success measures, and the parts that remain in existing systems.

DMS is one workspace, not the whole product

The distributor view covers stock, orders, retailers, schemes, claims, and daily exceptions. Trade OS also preserves the wider channel and brand relationship.

No distributor bypass

Retailer relationships, prices, stock, and fulfilment stay attached to the legal business responsible for them. A network view does not merge participants into one tenant or book.

Accounting stays authoritative

Trade OS records operational trade state. Posted invoices, tax, payments, outstanding balances, and accounting corrections belong to the accounting system.

Pilot scope is explicit

A first rollout names the market, product set, participating distributors, current data sources, operating owner, acceptance measures, and decision date.

Questions

Common questions

Is Boni Trade OS a distributor management system?

It includes a distributor management workspace, but the product is broader. It also connects the brand, stockist, field team, retailer or business buyer, fulfilment, schemes, claims, and accounting evidence.

Does a distributor need to replace its ERP immediately?

No. A pilot can start from current CSV or spreadsheet exports and add controlled integrations later. Trade OS owns operational trade state while the accounting system remains the financial source of truth.

Can distributors set their own retailer prices?

A brand can provide suggested offers while an authorised distributor can manage its retailer offer when the commercial policy allows it. The applied price and source stay traceable on the order.

Is this available as a self-serve product?

Not yet. Trade OS is available for controlled design-partner pilots with a defined territory, product set, participating distributors, operating owner, and review cadence.
