Boni People puts your team's records and daily attendance in one place

Boni People keeps who works with you, the terms each person works under, and whether they worked today in one record — and never turns a marked day into a payment.

Boni People keeps who works with you, the terms each person works under, and whether they worked today in one record. It is built to replace the attendance spreadsheet that nobody trusts by the end of the month — and to make sure that record never quietly moves money.

What it does

Set each person up once with the relationship they work under, whether they are an employee, a contractor or an individual service provider, along with their role, work arrangement and the team responsible for them.

After that, marking the day takes a couple of taps: Present, Absent, Partial or Leave. Every day records who marked it. When a day was wrong, changing it keeps the earlier version readable, and two managers editing the same day cannot overwrite each other.

Attendance never moves money

A marked day records what happened at work. It does not create payroll, an invoice, a payment, a reimbursement or a journal entry. Compensation runs through Boni Accounting with its own approvals and evidence.

That separation is the point. An attendance grid that quietly pays people is the fastest way to make both the attendance record and the payroll record untrustworthy.

What Boni will not guess

A day is recorded when a person marks it. Boni People does not infer attendance from a chat message, a location signal, a calendar event or a payment, and it does not create a worker record just because a contact, candidate or payee already exists somewhere in the workspace. Records about a team are used for people operations and stay inside that organisation's workspace.

Getting it

Boni sets Boni People up with each organisation: the team, their working relationships, and who is allowed to mark and correct days. After setup, managers run it themselves.
